Minneapolis Pre-Holiday Tango Marathon 2009

Yes, it is that time of year again. The time when we see the family and they wont let us dance Argentine Tango!

Here's how it works: We all coordinate to go dancing at [mostly] regularly occuring milongas etc. And for extra Tango Fun - Eli will teach a mini-workshop Saturday afternoon!

Workshop Descriptions:

1:00-2:15pm: "Phrasing for Vals" - An exploration of different syncopations within Argentine Vals and how to dance to along phrases of the melody in contrast to only dancing on the strong rhythms.
2:30-3:45pm: "Changes of Direction" - Cool changes of directions for Social Dancing from "moves" you already know!
